This is performed from the admin interface. Remember, you have to have permission from the administrator to access this area.
Project Management Web Application (PMWA) has various levels of access. They are defined as:
- Not Allowed
- This level does not allow users to view any information related to the permission.
- Read
- This level allows users to read information only.
- Read / Write
- This level allows users to read and write information not already filled in.
- Read / Write / Modify
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in.
- Read / Write / Modify / Delete
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
The permission levels can be modified under the modify user page by clicking the link. Choose which tab of permssions you wish to modify. Choose the level of permission from the drop down list and then click submit.
- Home tab
- Enable which page they will view when PMWA is started. Choose Global and / or Personal.
- User tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- Manage Role:

Allows users to create, modify and delete the user roles (Used by high admin users)

- Manage Team:
|
Allows users to create, modify and delete the user team. (Used by high admin users)
|
- Manage User:
|
Allows users to create, modify and delete PMWA users. (Used by HR)

- Builder tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- Manage Builder:
|
Allows users to create, modify and delete builders.
|
- Manage House Type:
|
Allows users to create, modify and delete the types of houses the builder builds.
|
- Manage Community:
|
Allows users to add, modify and delete the communities the builder builds in.
|
- Manage Lot:
|
Allows users to add, modify and delete lots in communities.
|
- Manage Room:
|
Allows users to add, modify and delete special rooms for the house types. (i.e. Sun room, media room, loft or theater room)

- Manage State:
|
Allows users to add, modify and delete the states your company is in.
|
- Manage Floor Plans:
|
Allows users to add, modify and delete the house type floor plans.
|
- Builder Outlet tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- Manage Builder Outlet type: Allows users to add, modify and delete builder outlet types. (i.e. 120 dedicated, 220 dedicated)
- Manage Builder Outlet: Allows users to add, modify and delete builder outlet information. (i.e. Name, builder part number and price)
- Option tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- Manage Option type: Allows users to add, modify and delete option types. (i.e. Surround sound, central vacuum and home automation)
- Manage Option: Allows users to add, modify and delete PMWA shopping option information.
Additional Permissions
- General Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Price Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Commission Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Labor Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Payment Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible. In-house and Outsorce must be granted.
- Attachment Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Shopping Rules Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Equipment List Tab: Allow users to add, modify or delete information under this tab. If not allowed is chosen, this tab will not be visible.
- Equipment price list: Allow users to add, modify or delete information on work orders. If not checked, this will not be allowed. This is only available if the user has the option permission set to read.
- Customer tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
- Order tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
- Scheduling tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
- Reports tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
- Comments tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
- This level allows users to read, write and modify information not already filled in as well as delete records and information.
- Other Permissions tab. If not allowed is chosen, this menu item will not be visible.
